At Mockberg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece or jewelry isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select your reason for return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original Mockberg packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
